Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Company Secretary (CoSec) to support our global compliance and entity management functions. The role involves working across multiple jurisdictions, managing corporate records, preparing structure charts, and onboarding entities/clients while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage global compliance requirements for multiple entities across jurisdictions, ensuring timely filings and adherence to local laws and regulations.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update corporate structure charts for group entities.
  • Handle legal entity management, including incorporation, maintenance, restructuring, and dissolution of entities.
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding of firms/entities, including documentation, due diligence, and KYC processes.
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and governance documentation.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities across jurisdictions.
  • Work on and manage data across various compliance and entity management platforms/tools.
  • Assist in drafting resolutions, minutes, and other corporate secretarial documents.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure necessary updates are implemented in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

Qualification & Experience

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or equivalent qualification.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial and compliance functions (preferably in a law firm or professional services environment).

Core Competencies

  • Strong understanding of global entity management and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience in preparing and managing structure charts.
  • Familiarity with compliance platforms and tools is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
