Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Company Secretary (CS) Fresher to join our Corporate & Compliance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in corporate secretarial practice, legal compliance, governance, and global regulatory matters while working alongside experienced lawyers and compliance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal and regulatory research on corporate laws and allied legislations.
  • Prepare and monitor compliance calendars to ensure timely statutory filings.
  • Assist in due diligence, compliance audits, and governance-related assignments.
  • Support global compliance projects involving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist in corporate secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable rules.
  • Prepare Board Meeting Notices, Agenda, Minutes, Board Resolutions, and other secretarial documents.
  • Assist in filing statutory forms and returns with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).
  • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, and compliance documentation.
  • Support company incorporation, LLP incorporation, and other corporate restructuring assignments.
  • Assist in drafting legal and corporate documents, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and international associates regarding compliance matters.
  • Perform other legal and compliance-related assignments as required.

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Qualified Company Secretary (CS) or CS Executive/Professional candidate (as applicable).
  • Strong academic background in Corporate Laws and Secretarial Practice.
