Nidhi Rai is a qualified lawyer with LL.M and B.B.A. LL.B degree from Banasthali Vidyapith, Rajasthan, and is enrolled in the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh. She has a strong foundation in both district and high court proceedings and has also served as a lecturer, bringing academic insight to her legal expertise.
Nidhi’s professional journey includes internships with prominent organizations such as Neeti Niyaman, The Law Desk, FICCI, and the Chambers of Salman Khurshid. During these roles, she honed her skills in various areas including Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), contract law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), policy research, public procurement, and legal drafting. Her experience includes assisting with drafting legal notices and contributing to public policy initiatives.
In addition, Nidhi has co-authored a research paper titled “Effect of Cyanide and Its Medico-Legal Impact” and is skilled in policy research, negotiations, legal compliance, litigation, and corporate law. Her key areas of interest include labour and employment law, company law, tax law, data privacy, ADR, and intellectual property rights.
