About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Employment Law Lawyer to join our team. This role will involve advising clients on a range of employment law matters, including compliance, policy development, dispute resolution, and employee relations. You’ll work closely with our clients to help them maintain compliance with relevant labor laws, reduce legal risks, and foster productive workplace environments.

Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on employment law matters, including compliance with labor laws and workplace regulations.
• Draft and review employment policies, contracts, and other HR-related documents.
• Provide counsel on dispute resolution and handle mediation between employers and employees as needed.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance on employee grievances, terminations, and workplace conduct.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and provide ongoing updates to clients as regulations evolve.

Qualifications:

Strong commitment to client service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

LLB degree from an accredited law school.

3-5 years of experience in employment law, with a strong understanding of labor regulations and workplace policies.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple client needs.
