About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Law Lawyer to provide high-quality contract drafting, review, and management services to our clients. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to ensure that their contracts are legally sound, protect their interests, and comply with applicable regulations. You will also support clients in negotiations and assist in developing efficient contract management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of contracts, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Conduct risk assessments on contracts to ensure client protection and compliance.
• Advise clients on contract disputes, providing recommendations on resolution strategies.
• Assist in developing contract management systems and procedures to streamline client operations.
• Stay informed on contract law changes and best practices to provide clients with up-to-date advice.

Qualifications:

• LLB degree from an accredited law school.
• 3-5 years of experience in contract law, with demonstrated experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence in client service.
